How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK, while international orders can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination.

Are Doll Beauty products cruelty-free?

Yes, we are proud to be 100% cruelty-free. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals, nor do we work with manufacturers who do.

Can I return a product if I am not happy with it?

Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal and Klarna for buy-now-pay-later options.

How do I track my delivery?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a unique tracking number and a link to the courier's website to monitor your parcel.
